Tytana Plaza and Mandarin Mansion's success paved the way for additional projects such as The Soler Tower in Binondo and Metrohomes Townhouses in San Juan City. Federal Homes continued to develop high-rise residential and office projects throughout Metro Manila in the 1980s and 1990s. The Group entered Makati with two projects: Skyland Plaza, a residential-commercial building, and the Philippine AXA Life Centre, an office building.
