More than 68% of Filipinos prefers to work remotely even post Covid-19

We just hit our highest 350 new confirmed cases in a day just yesterday and no vaccine is available yet in the market. Am I still in denial that there is really a new normal or still hoping next week or in a few months everything will be back the way it used to?

I am sure most of you miss the regular routine you have every morning when you headed for work. The sound of cars, buses and jeepneys horning. Or the random smiles and nods you get in a crowded train station and most specially the coffee and morning chit chats you have with your officemates as you browse through every morning work emails you received overnight. But a part of us also enjoying the quietness and flexibility of working from home. 68% of working Filipinos now wants to enjoy both worlds. We still want to be able to go out, be mobile and rub shoulders with the crowd but at the same time have an access to work and be productive remotely. That will be the “next normal’. It’s rightfully to consider moving to properties that are within the business district but also provides access to home like experience.

1. I-Land Residences in Sucat, Paranaque City

Upon completion of this project, it will be registered as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified. Meaning if you want to keep the province feel and close to nature while working remotely, this project is to consider. What I like about this is being 200 meters away from major fast food chain like KFC, Pizza Hut and Mcdonald’s when you don’t have time to cook but if you do, supermarkets are just around the corner like Puregold and SM Hypermarket.

2. The Seasons Residences in Grand Central Park, BGC, Taguig City

We will be limited and still be extra cautious travelling abroad post Covid-19, that means our most favorite Japan trips will be costly. This project hits the bullseye on what you just craving for. Situated at the most strategic and one of the busiest districts in Bonifacio Global City, The Seasons Residences is designed and developed with Japanese Innovations. It has the representation of Mitsukoshi Mall just underneath the residences area if you want to have a quick bite of fresh Sashimi. You can stroll, shop or dine. You can Arigatogozaimashita me later for letting you know.

3. Maple at Verdant Towers in Ortigas East, Pasig City

If you want to keep the open spaces that you are enjoying right now in your provinces, Maple at Verdant Towers features 40% green open spaces, walkways and bicycle friendly roads. It also has units with private gardens or townhouse units that will satisfy your home like feels. This project is just at the East side of Ortigas Business District, with entries at Ortigas Avenue, C5 and Julia Vargas.
